Class Pass Cards expire 90 days from the date of purchase
All Class Pass Purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
You must use your Class Pass before it expires, or the remaining balance is forfeited.
Please make up any missed classes within the 90 day period by attending any classes comparable to your level of study.
We accept cash, checks* and credit cards at the studio.
*There will be a $25 service fee charged for all returned checks.
Informed Consent and Release of Liability
We strongly recommend getting a physical examination and a physician’s approval before entering this or any other exercise program.
Although Yoga has been used for hundreds of years as a form of exercise and relaxation, I am aware that proper diet and other factors are also important for good health.
I am solely responsible for my own safety and wellbeing, and do hereby release any instructors of THE YOGA GALLERY, INC., and the business entity, THE YOGA GALLERY, INC., from any and all responsibilities and liabilities for effects Yoga may have on me. I do hereby release any instructors of THE YOGA GALLERY, INC., and THE YOGA GALLERY, INC., for any injury that may be a result of participating in Yoga exercises. I agree to hold harmless THE YOGA GALLERY, INC., against any and all liabilities for personal injury and/or damage to property, including injury resulting in death while I am participating in Yoga exercises.
